Tim Jenkins breaks down film from Bo Nix’s latest game

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix had a career day against the Jacksonville Jaguars, throwing for a career-high 352 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

Quarterback guru Tim Jenkins from the YouTube channel All Things QB talked about Nix’s performance and what the Broncos need to do to regroup in the last two weeks of the season.

Jenkins said the Broncos moved the ball well in the first half, but things fell off in the second half of the game. “Here’s what was tough about this one, was this offense I thought was rolling in the first half,” said Jenkins. “The first half, man, I thought was really clean offensively from the Broncos, and then we kind of started to fall off.”

Jenkins followed this up with his “favorite rep of the entire game for this Broncos offense,” which was the touchdown pass from Nix to Sutton. “When you’re down in the red zone, you’re down in that high red, low red area, you’ve got to have cover zero answers,” Jenkins said. “And this is flat out perfect recognition/reaction.”

Jenkins summed it up perfectly at the end. “I hate ending on the bads, but when you lose football games, that’s what’s going to happen,” said Jenkins. “So where do we go from here? Where we go from here is we got a short week against Kansas City… you got to take advantage, right? And if you take advantage, and the Chargers drop, hey, boom, division sealed right there… You just got to do it right now. You got to execute.”

Bo Nix and the Broncos are going on the road to Kansas City on a short week, to hopefully do what Jenkins said — seal the division.
