USC continues to re-sign roster for 2026, locks up five more players

Over the past two weeks, USC has been “re-signing” many of its players for the 2026 season. Over the weekend, the Trojans added five more names to that list.

Who is else is now confirmed as coming back? Let’s take a look at the Trojans‘ latest group of re-signees:

Jamaal Jarrett

A high-profile defensive line transfer from Georgia last offseason, Jarrett’s 70-yard pick six against Purdue will go down as one of the more memorable moments of USC’s 2025 season. However, he missed the final two months of the year after undergoing season-ending surgery. The Trojans are hopeful that he will be back on the field and at full strength next season.

Jadyn Ramos

A true freshman defensive lineman, Ramos had one tackle during the regular season. He will look to earn more playing time in 2026.

Trestin Castro

Another true freshman, Castro has one tackle at cornerback on the year. He will also look to work his way into the rotation next season.

Ratumana Bulabalavu

After seeing action in one game as a true freshman defensive lineman in 2024, Bulabalavu switched to the offensive line ahead of the 2025 season. It will be interesting to see what the Trojans’ plans for him this offseason are.

Taniela Tupou

The true freshman tight end has yet to catch a pass in Cardinal and Gold. With Lake McRee opting out and Walker Lyons in the transfer portal, Tupou could potentially see the field in the Alamo Bowl against TCU while still preserving his redshirt year.
