Lively DPE will be worth $2.6M if approved – DAL will have until March 10 to use either DPE on a rest-of-season signing (or trade/waiver acquisition for a player on an expiring contract) – DAL can’t sign and fit in a player under their second-apron hard cap until January 6 – DAL will need to create a roster spot (DPE is a signing exception, not a roster exception)
