MMAmania.com ‘Comment(s) of the Week’
Over the past year, there has been a lot of dunking of Bryce Mitchell for being a dumbass, and we end 2025 doing it again — thank you, MMAMania readers. (He proclaimed that “my intelligence has become a curse.”)

Fighter ‘Comment of the Week’ — He said what?!?!?!
Uhhhh….Robert Whittakermight try Light Heavyweight next year.
“I’m a bigger guy now. But everyone’s gonna say, ‘Oh, he’s too short, too short. They’re taller than me here! What’s the difference? You know what I mean? Everyone’s got height on me anyway. Everyone’s got reach on me anyway. What’s the difference?”
Do whatever you want, Rob.

Random ‘Stat or Fact of the Week’
Bananas are slightly radioactive.
That’s because they contain potassium, and a small fraction of naturally occurring potassium is the isotope potassium-40, which is radioactive. Don’t worry though—the radiation from a banana is tiny, and you’d need to eat millions at once for it to be harmful.
Fight Announcement of the Week:
Brad Tavares will try to break Michael Bisping’s record for most UFC wins in the Middleweight division (both are tied at 19) when he takes on a retiring Eryk Anders … at the Apex.

In the co-main event, Frank Mir became the first fighter to finish Big Nog and did so for the interim Heavyweight title, which set up the UFC 100 main event against Brock Lesnar.
Ainda sobre o UFC 92 que rolou dia 27/12/2008, a segunda derrota do Brasil foi a perda do cinturão interino do Minotauro para o Frank Mir. E foi uma performance de gala do americano. Deu 3 knockdowns no Minota, e fechou a tampa do caixão no segundo round. Dia triste! pic.twitter.com/BjW6eqE0bk
