This week the Pittsburgh Steelers wrap up the 2025 regular season at home against the Baltimore Ravens. This will be the game of the week with the winner headed to the playoffs and the loser starting the offseason early. Both teams are hoping to ring in the new year with better health among their stars and for the Ravens, it seems they are already getting good news on that front.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Ravens starting quarterback Lamar Jackson is expected to return to practice on Wednesday and there is some optimism his back injury is recovered enough he will be able to play against the Steelers this week.

To be fair, whether it is Jackson or Tyler Huntley, the Steelers plan on defense doesn’t change one iota. Both guys bring a very similar skill set and the focus will continue to be trying to slow down running back Derrick Henry and figuring out how to get a struggling offense back on track without wide receiver DK Metcalf.
