Notre Dame wide receiver Jordan Faison drops lacrosse

Notre Dame wide receiver Jordan Faison will retire from lacrosse to focus on football.

Faison will be skipping his junior year of lacrosse so that he can concentrate on his senior year of football.

Faison started 26 of 29 games for the Fighting Irish lacrosse team over the last two seasons, tallying 44 points via 31 goals and 13 assists. He was part of Notre Dame’s second straight national title in 2024.

He’s been a key part of the Notre Dame receiving corps, with 49 catches for 640 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games for the Fighting Irish in 2025. Overall, he has 98 receptions for 1,318 yards and nine receiving touchdowns in 32 games over three seasons.
