It’s Black Monday and some NFL teams will make changes to their personnel.

With the 2025 season in the books, teams must decide whether they want to make sweeping changes or stick it out with who they have at the helm.

The Atlanta Falcons wasted no time by firing coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontenot.

11:15 a.m. — Pete Carroll, Raiders (per Tom Pelissero)

  • Tom Brady will help lead the search for a new coach after Carroll was fired on Monday. The 74-year-old lasted just one season and went 3-14 in 2025.

8:59 a.m. — Kevin Stefanski, Browns (per Adam Schefter)

  • The Browns finished the season 5-12 and decided it was time for a change at coach after Stefanski held the position for the previous six seasons. Cleveland went 44-56 under Stefanski during his tenure.
