Former Wisconsin offensive lineman Joe Brunner committed to Indiana on Wednesday.
Brunner entered the portal last week after four years with the Badgers. He originally joined the program as a four-star recruit in the class of 2022, ranked specifically as the No. 85 player, the No. 9 offensive tackle and the top player from Wisconsin in the class.
The versatile lineman played in 39 games over four seasons in Madison, Wisconsin, including starts in all 24 games over the past two campaigns. He now transfers to play on an Indiana offensive line that longtime Wisconsin assistant Bob Bostad notably coaches. Of course, that unit is currently preparing for a College Football Playoff national title matchup against Miami.
Brunner joins the Hoosiers with a final year of eligibility remaining. He’s currently ranked as the No. 89 overall player and No. 3 interior offensive lineman in the portal, according to On3.
