Johannes Hosflot Klaebo was so amazing in his cross country gold win at the 2026 Winter Olympics, with the Norwegian just booking it up a hill as if he was jogging and didn’t have skis on his feet. It was truly incredible.

But as these things go, that moment that was captured by NBC cameras then became a hilarious meme. It’s the camera angle, the sprint and maybe the awe we’re in watching him make something that seems so hard look SO easy! There’s no way it’s that simple.
