Pro surfer and shark-attack survivor Bethany Hamilton, 36, shared a sun-soaked peek into her island life when she posted a new carousel on Instagram on Sunday, February 15.

The star athlete captioned the snaps “February fun” alongside a flexed bicep and shaka hand emoji, giving her 2.6 million followers a glimpse at her latest adventures in Hawaii.

In the opening snap, Hamilton struck a relaxed pose at the water’s edge, clutching a bold orange-and-yellow surfboard as waves crashed behind her. She rocked a black floral two-piece swimsuit — a cropped tank-style top paired with matching bottoms — flashing a carefree smile while her long blonde hair whipped around in the ocean breeze. It was effortless beach glam, Bethany-style.

Another slide showed her in full surf-mom mode, snapping a selfie in a woven straw hat and a breezy pink cover-up. Behind her, a pickup truck sat packed with surfboards stacked high in the bed, signaling a full day of chasing waves under the Hawaiian sun.

But it wasn’t all about the surf. The final image captured a sweet family moment, as her four children — Tobias, Wesley, Micah and little Alaya — leaned over a lookout railing to take in a jaw-dropping waterfall cascading down Kauai’s lush green cliffs.

Fans flooded the comments with love, writing, “Happy Valentine’s Day to you! ❤️” and “Aww best place on earth. Kaua’i no ka oi,” alongside a stream of heart and heart-eyes emojis.
