MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Western businessmen are submitting their applications to attend the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), but they are keeping it under wraps, Dmitry Birichevsky, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Department of Economic Cooperation, told Sputnik.
