SEC basketball updated win-loss record projections for 2025-26 season

10 games remain in the 2025-26 basketball regular-season for Tennessee (15-6, 5-3 SEC). The Vols are unranked for a fourth straight week in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll.

Tennessee will face Ole Miss, at Kentucky, at Mississippi State, LSU, Oklahoma, at Vanderbilt, at Missouri, Alabama, at South Carolina and Vanderbilt to conclude regular-season play.

The SEC Tournament will be held March 11-15 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Selection Sunday for the NCAA Tournament is scheduled for March 15, while the First Four will take place March 17-18 and the first round will be contested March 19-20.

Ahead of Tennessee hosting Ole Miss at Food City Center on Tuesday (7 p.m. EST, ESPN2), ESPN’s College Basketball Power Index released updated projected overall win-loss records and remaining strength of schedule rankings.

ESPN BPI projects Tennessee to finish with a 21.8-9.2 (11.8-6.2 SEC) record. The Vols also have the 20th overall strength of schedule remaining nationally.
