USA men’s hockey won its first gold medal since the 1980 Miracle on Ice on Sunday, Feb. 22.
Jack Hughes’ overtime goal gave the Americans a 2-1 win over gold-medal favorite Canada.
US fans across the country woke up early to watch the game, some packing bars to root on the Red, White and Blue.
