Mark Andrews reveals new offseason approach for Ravens

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews said that feeling good physically this offseason led to a different approach to his preparation as he continues working through the team’s offseason program.

“Yes, I think every offseason’s just a little bit different, depending on how you feel. I felt really good after this offseason, so I didn’t take any time off. I just got right into it. I’ve been able to dial in and just focus on just maturing is learning your body, knowing things that are good and bad and perfecting the things that you know are going to put forward great Sundays.”

Overall, Andrews has 484 catches (franchise record) for 5,952 yards (franchise record) and 56 touchdowns in 121 career games. Entering 2026, Andrews is 26th among tight ends in career catches, 22nd in receiving yards, and 12th in receiving touchdowns.

Andrews has dealt with injuries at different points in his career and has been a key part of the Ravens’ offense throughout his time in Baltimore. He enters the 2026 season as one of the team’s most established veterans on offense.
